Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, digital
platforms, educational programs, and services provided by CBAM, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,”
or “our”), including the Becoming Psychedelic course (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree,
you may not access or use the Services.
CBAM, Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable
license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these
Terms.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on the Platform with
an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted
constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Educational Nature of Services
CBAM, Inc. provides educational content, coaching frameworks, mentoring perspectives, and
integrative guidance only.
Becoming Psychedelic is a self-guided educational course.
It is not medical care, mental health treatment, psychotherapy, or a substitute for professional
services. No diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice is provided.
You are solely responsible for your participation, decisions, and actions.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use the Services. By using the Services, you
represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
User Accounts & Registration
Certain Services may require registration. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete
information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity
that occurs under your account.

Course Access & Delivery
Becoming Psychedelic is delivered digitally via a third-party platform (e.g., Thinkific). Access
details are provided upon purchase.
Live lectures or optional live components, if offered, are supplemental and do not alter the
self-guided nature of the course.
Payments & Refund Policy
All purchases are processed through third-party payment providers.
NO REFUNDS POLICY
Due to the digital nature of the Services, all sales are final once course content is accessed. No
refunds, exchanges, or credits are provided once access has been granted.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Acceptable Use & Restrictions
You agree not to:
● Use the Services for unlawful purposes
● Share login credentials or course materials
● Copy, distribute, resell, or exploit content
● Upload harmful, abusive, or infringing material
● Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the platform
● Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, videos, text, graphics, prompts, and downloadable resources are the
exclusive intellectual property of CBAM, Inc. and are protected by U.S. and international
copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written
consent.
User Feedback
If you submit feedback, comments, or suggestions, you grant CBAM, Inc. a worldwide,
perpetual, royalty-free license to use such feedback without compensation or obligation.
Third-Party Platforms & Links
The Services may include links to or be hosted on third-party platforms. CBAM, Inc. is not
responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices.
Your use of third-party platforms is subject to their terms and policies.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
CBAM, INC. MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES
OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR
NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee outcomes, results, or transformations.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CBAM, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR
ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE
DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
YOUR SOLE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USE OF THE SERVICES.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CBAM, Inc. and its affiliates from any claims,
damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through
binding individual arbitration, not class actions.
Arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with applicable rules, and judgment may be
entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of
California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon
termination, all licenses granted herein immediately cease.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by
reference.
